VoIP Dial-Peer

I've noticed that "destination-pattern" when placed under a dial-peer voice
pots statement does not hold a requirement for an exact match.

For example, a working scenario below. Even though my dial-peer
destination-pattern is 88888, if I dial 888889 from R7, it still works.

Can anyone else verify this?

Rack04R4
csim: loop = 1, failed = 1
csim: call attempted = 1, setup failed = 1, tone failed = 0

dial-peer voice 4 voip
 destination-pattern 88888
 session target ipv4:1.1.1.4

Rack04R7
csim start 888889
csim: called number = 888889, loop count = 1 ping count = 0

csim: loop = 1, failed = 1
csim: call attempted = 1, setup failed = 1, tone failed = 0
