Jim,
"Priority" keyword will make the traffic belonging to this class fall into a
strict priority queue, which is always de-queued first (up to the bandwidth
specified after the keyword). This makes CBWFQ a PQ/CBWFQ (or LLQ in short).
Usually this is where you want to assign voice traffic.
