On the router:
sh run int <int>
if other that default you can see a line like: ip hello-interval eigrp
<nn>
for a neighbour:
you must to observe output from sh ip eigrp neighbout command like this:
IP-EIGRP neighbors for process 10
H Address Interface Hold Uptime SRTT RTO Q Seq
Type
(sec) (ms) Cnt Num
0 10.2.2.2 Se0/0.300 12 18:36:52 599 3594 0 3
The max value minus mix value of Hold is hello interval of particular
neighbour.
