It depends. How much memory can you spare in the router for logging
buffers? How critical are complete logs to your enterprise as opposed
to router performance?

If you're short on memory and only care about logging for troubleshooting,
you want a small buffer.

If you've got lots of free memory and logging serves a business-critical
need, increase it.
