Hi. I had tried mapping before but it didn't seem to work. What
function should be mapped? I tried the following:

VT100 - Telnet_function TN_BREAK or mapped to the Pause Break key
VT100 - Telnet function TN_INTERUPT PROCESS mapped to the Pause Break key
Changed emulation mode to VT220 and used PF5.
