To check your non CCIE stuff you have to go here and login with most
likely your social. There is a button for First Time User, so you might
have to do that if you have never checked before.

When I got my CCIE number, my CCNA and CCNP recertification dates were
automatically set to my CCIE recert date. So, I would say that CCIE
does update these certs.
