0xF0 is the SAP for NetBIOS.
By telling all of the other DLSw routers that you can't reach this SAP, they
store that information for your router in their "reachability" table. If a
NetBIOS client on one of the other DLSw routers wanted to to a NetBIOS
broadcast, it would see that your router does not use/accept NetBIOS and
wouldn't bother sending the NetBIOS broadcasts to your router.

Subject: dlsw filter
Question.
Deny netbios explorer to r5. Do the config on R5.
R5 and R1 are connected back to back.
I see an article on a website that says the answer is
r5(config)# dlsw icannotreach sap F0
I am unsure of this answer or why this is the answer.
Please help.
