Hi,
I was also looking to swap a lab date in RTP but
decided to stick with my original date. What I noticed however is that if
you keep checking the CCIE lab request a seat on CCO you might get a
date you need. Last night I checked every couple of hours and at different
times a seat in RTP opened up for May 1st, May 8th and May 19th.
Of course they didn't last long. Good luck.
