Hi everybody,

Thanks for your help. Just wanted to say that this question is solved.
Brian answered it impecably. This was exactly what I meant. Sorry for any
confusion this question created.

So, the solution is:

ip nat pool MyPool netmask 255.255.255.0
 address 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.19
 address 192.168.1.41 192.168.1.254
