3550 image upgrade

I am trying to get the c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1.bin into the active
flash so that the switch will boot into this image. I downloaded the image
from tftp but it is not installed so that it will boot. Any advice on how to
configure the switch so that it will boot with the
c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1.bin . Bewlow is a copy of the "show flash command
on the switch"
