You can't do ISDN back to back you need a switch or a switch simulator.

According to CCO - "Caller ID screening requires a
local switch that is capable of delivering the caller
ID to the router or access server. If you enable
caller ID screening but do not have such a switch, no
calls will be allowed in."
My attempts @ configuring this back to back have
failed. Has anyone got this working - back to back
before? I would have thought this easily done...
