I think that command is used to prioritize a certain PVC over the other PVC on a multipoint interface/subinterface.
You can define one PVC to be served as a priority over the other PVC on the same interface.

"show queue interface serial 0" maybe? This is command is different from
"show queueing":

Also, does anyone have any info on the use of "frame-relay
priority-dlci-group". Seems like an interesting feature but the CD sort of
glosses over it.
