Does anyone know where to find multicast resources other than
ftp://ftpeng.cisco.com/ipmulticast/index.html?

Any active multicast mailing-list, or resource list. What I specifically
looking for includes,

1> multicast network performance benchmark (more than MMON
http://www.openview.com/products/nnmmulticast/), trying to understand
methodology vs the tool itself.
2> multicast tools (http://www.caida.org/tools/taxonomy/multicast.xml)
3> inter-domain multicast (Cisco already has bunch of information in its ftp
site)
