Also note the area 700 is written in decimal as area 0.0.2.188 NOT area
0.0.0.700 on a cisco router.
Also area 500 would be area 0.0.1.244

yes its the same thing, be careful when you use multiple vendors though, on
a Cisco router area 1 is 0.0.0.1, on a Riverstone area 1 is 1.0.0.0, so
always check your vendors behavior of areas and network types for OSPF
