In reviewing the BGP table, it looks like you may have already disabled
synchronization for the iBGP but does router C and D know how to get to
10.108.44.44? Try next-hop-self on router A to router B or advertising the
link between A and B on router B or your IGP and see what happens. It would
be helpful to post your configs and routing table.
