Prior to 12.2 the Priority Queue Was Policing
All the Time for Frame Relay on 7200 and
below; for ATM and Leased Lines It Was
Policing Only during Periods of Congestion;
after 12.2 the PQ ONLY Polices when There
Is Congestion on the Link for All Platforms
