I got almost same confirmation from many people on the group that I don't need an area 0 if it's a single area configuration. I am moving forward with it.
So far we are dealing with all Cisco devices so it's tested in lab. If we ever attach a non-cisco device and run in to problems, I will create a temp. loop 0 interface and add it to area 0. It will not have more than 1 area until it connects to corporate network so this will work fine.
I appreciate the quick responce from everybody in the group.
