Dennis,

What's wrong with Robert Raszuk's (the guy who compiled the image) FTP site
?

Here it is again:

ftp://ftp-eng.cisco.com/rraszuk/specials/

Robert was kind enough to post this link to the MPLS-OPS mailing list quite
some time ago, and the image hasn't moved since then.

As to loading the images, copy tftp flash has always worked for me :)
