I'm using frame-relay from the telco, how could I use ppp encapsulation?

Are you referring to RFC 1973 ppp over frame-relay?

You could also use ppp encapsulation and then use multilink ppp

Per packet or per destination on the router, but to really bind into one
without
routing lots of scaleability a de-mux with a hssi into the router works
nicely.
