Hi Guys
The problem has been solved by physically power Off/on all
routers, previously i had reload all routers several times
and it didn't help.

OSPF is up in full state on all spokes sites, the database contains some
entries but
there are not placed in the routing table. I do not use authentication and
the network type
is nbma on all interfaces. IOS is 12.1(5) T9
Any comments are welcome..
