More IRDP....

have 2 hosts irdp routers..i wanted my "frs" client to be the client. i cant
find a good example of irdp. i saw the irdp thread earlier this week and
simulating basically the same thing but I am getting an error. i dont think
im routing anything unless its thinking locally. do i need to turn off ip
routing?..:
