If it is ATM, then when you run out of bandwidth on your LPORT. This is of
course dictated by the SCR built to the LPORT on your providers network. I
have a client that has redundant OC-12's and we have several OC-3, DS3, and
DS1 remotes but what matters is the committed bandwidth built to LPORT.
