Ivan,

        A status of "uninitialized" usually indicates the bug
CSCdp20320. Try changing IOS versions.

BGP:conditional advertisement state is Uninitialized

A Cisco router that is running Cisco IOS Release 12.0 T with conditional

advertisement does not advertise the prefixes specified in
advertise-map. There is no workaround.

First Fixed-in Version 12.1(0.8), 12.1(0.8)T, 12.0(9.1)ST, 12.0(8.6)ST,
12.1(1)DC, 12.1(1)DB
