There are no good books yet that give you a real feel for the new lab
format with 3550's.
But otherwise, the best would be "CCIE: Practical Studies" by Karl
Solie. Unfortunately, it needs an update,
since it still has IPX and the old Catalyst switches. But is still a
really good book.
