If you want to use both b-channel, leave it at 2. by using both b
channel you can try technology like ppp multilink.

It's up to you what your isdn simulator provide.

I am having a killer time with the atlas 550 spid
setup. When I follow the documentation that adtran
uses they say to configure the spid list with 1 call
for each spid. This can be seen in interface
configuration mode on the bri interface of the atlas.
If i set this to 1 like the directions say, my router
can't call out on more than 1 b channel. If I set
this to 2, my router can call out on both b channels.
Does any one know which it shoul be? I used the
directions from the following link:
