Yes, but this would be used on an L1L2 router in the case of inter area
summarization. For redistribution, an L1 router would suffice.

Redistribution into both levels or summarization in both directions at the
same time.

Summary address should filter the contributing summaries. If it doesn't
you may have a buggy IOS.
