Actually, it is easier for the group to help if full configs are posted.
Make sure Pnni routing is enabled on the LS1010. You don't need to define
vc's on the ls1010. Make sure that the following is on your ATM intf's

pvc 1/5 qsaal (svc signaling)
pvc 2/16 ilmi (configure the pvc that ilmi uses)

Also, verify your nsap address. I usually do a show int atm to verify that
I am learning the nsap address and then cut and paste so I don't make
typo's. If all of that is correct, post the rest of your configs and
someone here can probably help.
