Does anyone have the information on how to order the documentation if
you have Smartnet contracts?

Yep.. They delivered mine FedEX and the poor FedEX guy almost had a
hernia. He had to ask for help getting the box in the house... Complete
set of 12.2 totally free... :)

What you need to know is that if you purchase a SmartNET contract, no
matter how small you are entitiled to a complete set of documentation
once per year and two software upgrades per year.
I would strongly recommend that you pay the $150 or so for a
CON-SNT-PKGx for your router and use the priveledges.

I recommend using the money to buy a double sided fast laser printer and
print out what you want on pre-holed paper. More control, save money.
