ATM connectivity?

I am not sure if this a problem with ATM or my routing protocol. I have a
scenario that tells me not to distribute the ATM network with a network
statement. Instead, it has me redistribute connected. I cannot ping through
my router to the other side of the ATM. I do have broadcast on my PVC. The
network is in the routing table of the router I am trying to ping from.

Any ideas?
