Cisco sells them. The part number for the 12.1 documentation set is
"DOC-SRIOS12.1=" but the list price is $2200. You're better off buying a
good printer and just printing out what you need.
In the past you could get a set of paper manuals for each device on
SmartNet contract but I'm not sure that is the case anymore. The last
Gold Partner I worked for was entitled to over 2000 sets. The link was
