make sure the dhcp address is included in the IP helper
command on the router
interface that is connected to this switch.
make sure that an aux vlan is installed and confif'd
correctly for the phones, if that is
applicable on the 4000, thats how I do it on a 6000. The
port aux vlan allows the dhcp
flag 150 to be attached to the request for the dhcp address
on the phone client.
