Extended services 2.x is included for free with a CallManager and
includes Extension Mobility and a basic Auto Attendant that does not
allow the script to be modified. You may upload custom prompts though.
The full 2.x CRA services are on CCO and the key can be found in the
docs but it is a cost item. There is a basic package cost plus a cost
for additional ports. Hopefully you've purchased it. With it you will
get the script editor and can modify or create scripts. The CRS 3.X
install is not located on CCO for download. Only patches are. This was
due to people downloading and installing it without purchasing it. Make
sure you read the docs on how many ports can live co-resident before you
need a dedicated MCS for it.
