The manager might have been implying that IPX can not be routed by OSPF
and not implying that the two can't coexist in the same environment.

Subject: IPX and OSPF Incompatibility
Dear Group,
Has anyone heard of this? I must have really been sleeping while
studying if this is a well known fact. In an interview the other day a
manager said that IPX can't be run in an OSPF environment, but couldn't
explain to me why. I find this hard to believe and don't have any
equipment to test this on. Is someone able to confirm that this is the
case? And if so explain the technical details of why???
Mayande
