I wouldn't recommend filtering between two protocols unless you know for sure that it is needed.
Make sure you understand how a router determines best path selection based on the protocols being used, their AD and how they are advertising routes. You will be able to figure out where you will have possible routing loop issues due to mutual redistribution.
