Here is what I have found so far:
Remote side:
dialer wait-for-carrier-time 10 <---(Cisco call this fast call rerouting)
not sure what this is really doing)
ppp callback request
ppp authentication chap (authentication must be enabled)
Server side:
dialer callback-secure
dialer enable-timeout 5 <-- (this is how long it waits before calling back
and should be half of the dialer wait-for-carrier-time)
dialer map ip 140.2.2.2 name remote_site class callback 1111
ppp callback accept
ppp authentication chap
!
map-class dialer callback
dialer callback-server username <----( Can someone furher explain this one
please)
I think these notes are good for callback.....
