The command dlsw prom-peer-defaults it to set the default value for peering neighbor that is formed
promisciously.
Since you dont' have the luxury of defining the remote peer, so if you want to change some
characteristic or the remote peer, you use that command.
Think of it as a template for the remote peer connection.

A is configured with dlsw remote-peer x.x.x.x
B is configured with dlsw local-peer peer-id x.x.x.x promicious...
In what scenario command dlsw prom-peer-defaults will be applied..
and in which routers ?
