Dale,
Right now there must be 20 seats open between January 17 and January 31.
Typically, a week or two before your desired exam date a lot of seats
will open up and you can grab one then. If you can stand the ambiguity
of not having the date locked down 2 months ahead of time this is the
easiest way to do it.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I wanted to clarify on when and where
exactly I needed it. I'm looking for March sometime in San Jose. I do
not have a lab date set anymore. I gave away my January date to someone
in the groupstudy, so I may further prep. If anyone can help, I Would
