Operator error........6 hrs worth, lol.

Big thanks to Eugene and Richard.

Richard pointed out that there was nothing wrong with the output, and Eugene
pointed me in the direction of changing metrics to get the result I was
expecting.

At least I learnt a bit about debugging BGP this afternoon..........
