As I can see, your iBGP route was not marked "best". It due to "next hop" or "synchronization" problem. If the next hop was fine, you should add the command "no sync" under BGP configs on R1, I think it will work well.
The iBGP should look like this:
* >i160.100.0.0
not * i160.100.0.0

Yasser,
I humbly beg to differ - that is a totally incorrect
statement to be made. This has worked in my labs
before, appropriate consideration should be made when
posting to such 'definitive' statements to a large
alias. IMHO - it is a great hiccup to put in a real
lab situation!!!
As per CCO:
"bgp redistribute-internal"
To allow the redistribution of iBGP routes into an
interior gateway protocol such as IS-IS or OSPF, use
the bgp redistribute-internal command in router
configuration mode.
