Ray,
Is possible you have a router with a DC power supply? Regardless, I have
a suggestion which you can act on if you have another 2500 series router
that DOES have the standard 120V AC power supply installed.
First see if the size of the hole for the connectors is the same.
(Otherwise you might be doing some modification to the router case.) If
so, pop open the two routers and compare the power supply units (the
120V unit is approximately 4 x 8 x 15 cm) and the connectors to the
system board. If they are the same, you might swap them, but first, the
question you have to ask yourself is do you feel lucky? ;-)
