Jason,

LS1010 is used to set up an ATM cloud, meaning that on major interfaces you
set up static PVCs and switch them appropriately. LS1010 with ASP is a layer
2 device and switches cells, unless you have an ARM card (I believe this is
the name) then you can route at layer 3 as well.
If your LS1010 is layer 2 only device then you will need another router
connected to LS1010 to establish connectivity at layer 3 with your 7505 over
a PVC that you configure on LS1010.
