Network 130.10.134.1 0.0.0.0 area 0
In R3 (spoke):
Router ospf 100
Network 130.10.134.3 0.0.0.0 area 0
In R4 (spoke):
Router ospf 100
Network 130.10.134.4 0.0.0.0 area 0
