Doc CD of course.

First read QOS for VOIP, and if you are not clear on some of the issue,look it up at QOS
configuration guide. that way you know what it is, when to use it, what did it do, what problem it
solves etc etc. After you're done, do the Cat 3550 QOS, there are some that is not discussed at the
QOS configuration guide.

Sam,

that kind of leaves QOS doesn't.
I admit this topic scares me a lot.

Is there any QOS experts out there who can really recommed a GREAT qos
source?

I failed yesterday for the forth time in eight months. I mastered the core
subjects ( 100% IGP, 100% EGP, 100% ISDN and 92% switching) but I still
fail. I am hitting the books again to get ready for my fifth and last
