How can I copy a big file to two Flash cards?

Hi folks,

I have two 16M PCMCIA flash cards in a 3660 router. The IOS file is more than 16M. Is there any way to combine two flash cards to make it provide a consecutive space-32M, so that I can store this big file in these two cards?
