ok i'm a former biology/bio mechanix major. During lunch time "do NOT" eat too many carbs. The brain runs on glucose yes but too many will spike you'r insulin and seratonin levels. The resultant drop in glucose levels from you'r blood stream will make you lethargic. Drink some coffee and stick to the high protein stuff..heck if ya really wanna go out on a limb take the amino L-Tryosine which is a precursor to nor-ephenipherine..really wake ya up.
