Well if you are having a power nap, I make sure you ask the proctor to make
sure you are awake the end of the break. Otherwise you could end up taking a
power-dump.

Ok, this may sound weird. After lunch during the CCIE lab exam you may

sleepy because you just ate, also you may get a headache because you are
tired. What if you took a 10 to 15 minute power nap right after lunch to
refresh yourself? Remember its just a thought!
