That is an old link that hasn't been completely updated by Cisco. It appears as though they updated the equipment list but failed to update the exam content list properly. Below is the link you want to look at for the changes that have been made to the lab. IPX HAS been taken off the lab.

I was under the impression that IPX was off as well.
But if you look at:

the list of subjects that has been removed does not
include IPX.
