I guess I would confirm that you do infact have the capability to make a
call in both directions. I would also remove the callback-secure and give
that a try. What does the sh dialer say? Successful calls both ways? If yes,
you can focus on callback and secure.

I have little hand-on experience with ISDN. Just a guess, is it due to you
use dialer interface on R2 and physical interface on R5? Could you do more
