Cant speak for enterprise side, but most major service providers, tier 2 and
3 at least use ISIS...see lots of cable MSOs going to mpls vpns using ISIS
as IGP.

Also, IS-IS is supposed to be in a resurgance as an IGP for MPLS networks.
I've never worked the provider network side of things. My question for those
who do work with MPLS, is IS-IS really getting more use?
