Cisco itself is even a bigger victim of this disaster of nature, who should
refund Cisco's loss from closing down the lab for a week?

    I think Cisco should refund your money and give you a free shot at the
lab next week. You've got to figure between airfares, time off from work,
and hotels, this delay has cost you guys plenty. Good luck.
